These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Join Intake service operated by Tech Software House LLC (“Join Intake,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Join Intake provides an AI voice receptionist platform that answers inbound business phone calls, captures caller intake data, routes calls by department, and transfers calls to designated staff members. The service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription.
You must create an account to use Join Intake. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business. One account may represent one business entity. Multi-location or multi-entity usage requires an Enterprise plan.
Join Intake offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is available at joinintake.com/pricing. All subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, visit your account billing settings or contact hello@joinintake.com.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel before your next billing date, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
Free trial: A 7-day free trial is offered on new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, the account converts to a free tier unless a paid plan is selected.
You agree not to use Join Intake to:
Call recording laws: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction, including two-party-consent states. Join Intake records calls by default. Ensure your callers are informed of recording in accordance with your local requirements.
You retain ownership of the call data and business information in your account. By using the service, you grant Join Intake a limited licence to process this data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (telephony providers, AI infrastructure), or events outside our control may cause temporary service interruptions. We will communicate significant planned maintenance in advance where possible.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH SOFTWARE HOUSE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for services. Upon termination, your access to the service ends. Account data is retained for 30 days then deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify existing subscribers by email for material changes.
